Payments

The client must pay a deposit of 50% against the total value of the service to confirm the booking via bank transfer. The deposit amount will be credited against the photo session fee. Upon receipt of the payment, you will receive a confirmation.

Cancellations

In the event that you choose to cancel your booking at any stage, please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable.

Reservation Termination

We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund, if at any point during the photo session, any member of your party engages in abusive, violent, or offensive behaviour, as determined by our discretion.

Photography

By engaging our services, the client hereby grants permission for the photographer to utilise any photographs taken for promotional and publicity purposes. These purposes encompass, but are not restricted to, inclusion on the photographer’s website and various social media platforms.

Travel

The photo session fee incorporates travel within a 10-mile radius from Dunstable. For distances exceeding 10 miles, an additional charge of 80 pence per mile will be applied.
